WLHF-006(EYESOY®)

Xerophthalmia

WLHF-006(EYESOY®) is new herbal material that help to xerophthalmia
caused by smartphone and particulate matter.

Background
In 2017, the patient number of xerophthalmia is 2.3 millions. Especially,
dry eye syndrome under 9 increased by 33% due to smartphone and particular matter.

Xerophthalmia is onset when lacrimal secretion was decreased, lacrimal gland was damaged by radiation or inflammation, or the people
have arthritis, lupus, or diabetes. Air pollution, dry environments, and long-term viewing of various mobile devices and computer
monitors can also cause dry eye syndrome.
